Polish Blessing of Baskets

Lovely Polish Blessing of Baskets in the church today!

Each basket is decorated with white linen, sprigs of greenery, and spring flowers—a nod to the season of renewal. These baskets are taken to church, where a priest blesses them with holy water. The ceremony is simple but meaningful, offering a moment of quiet reflection before the celebrations of Easter Sunday.
