Help Us Build a Much-Needed Lift for Our Parish Hall!

The Shrine of Our Lady St. Mary of Glastonbury is launching a fundraising campaign to support the construction of a much-needed lift for our parish hall. This lift will greatly improve accessibility, allowing everyone in our community to fully participate in parish activities.

We’ve been incredibly inspired by the efforts of our parishioners. Maria Ryan’s sponsored walk raised an impressive £576.00, and Pat Gregory’s sponsored silence brought in an amazing £1,200.00. Thank you to Maria, Pat, and all those who supported them! Additionally, Maggy Robin’s sponsored run has also been a fantastic success, with many of you generously contributing.

Our goal is to raise £100,000 to fund the construction of the lift—a challenging target, but one that we believe we can achieve together. If we all take part, like Pat, Maria, and Maggy, we estimate that roughly 100 projects could bring us to success.

This lift has been a long-awaited addition to our parish, especially for those who currently struggle to access the Upper Hall. With your support, we can finally make this facility a reality.

Let’s make our parish hall accessible to everyone—together!
